InfiniTec Webex Remote Support

Utilizing Webex software allows InfiniTec technicians to remotely access your computer, providing better assistance with your support needs.

1.  Click on the "Webex Remote Support" link below. 
         On the Webex site, you will need to click "Join".
         A session number will be given to you by the technician.
         Click on "Submit" 
               (Note:  if this is your first time using Webex, there will be some information
                         you will need to fill out and software that will be loaded...
                         takes about 3 minutes or less.)
