BUDGETARY ACCOUNTING InfiniTec:Budgetary is a full-featured budgetary package. The budgetary system encompasses accounts payable, general ledger, budget analysis, budget preparation, bank reconciliation and purchase order/voucher printing. A comprehensive Purchasing package is available as an optional add-on to the budgetary module. Despite its ease of use and value pricing, the InfiniTec:Budgetary is packed with features before only available in much more complex and expensive systems: § Full accounts payable or direct pay with or without encumbrances § Accrual or cash basis § Payment selection by due dates and/or individual purchase orders/vouchers § Partial and recurring payables § Manual checks may be written and entered into the system later § Multiple cash control accounts and checking accounts § Complete audit trail of all activity is maintained through detail history capture § History may be retained as long as desired and system resources allow.
